Research purpose
ZimMineral Atlas provides independent research and intelligence compiled from public geological records, source-backed company information, research databases and curated analysis. Information may be incomplete, historical, approximate or subsequently superseded.
No mining-title assurance
A mapped location, company association, project description or nearby occurrence is not proof of ownership, licence validity, exclusivity, access rights or an open investment opportunity. Official mining-title and cadastral searches remain necessary for decisions involving rights or land.
No professional advice
The service does not provide geological due diligence, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice or a recommendation to acquire, dispose of or develop any mineral asset. Users remain responsible for professional verification and fieldwork appropriate to their decision.
Source limitations
Some records originate from historical datasets. Company status, ownership, production and project development can change. Review source dates, confidence and coordinate precision before relying on a record.
Responsible use
Do not use the platform to facilitate trespass, illegal mining, environmental harm, unsafe access to workings, harassment, or unlawful acquisition of mineral rights. Sensitive or generalised locations must not be reverse-engineered for irresponsible extraction.
Data exports and intellectual property
Access to ZimMineral interfaces does not grant unrestricted rights to redistribute underlying third-party datasets. Export and API rights may vary by subscription and by the licence of the original source. ZimMineral's own interface, curation and original analysis remain protected subject to applicable law.
Availability
External map tiles, public data services and source websites may become unavailable. ZimMineral may change routes, datasets and functionality to improve accuracy, security or licensing compliance.
Commercial services
Any paid Professional, Team, Enterprise, Government or Data/API service will be subject to the commercial terms presented at activation or agreed contractually. Before production billing is activated, subscription functionality shown in the public product should be treated as product positioning rather than proof of an active payment facility.
Launch governance
These operating terms are designed for the current pre-commercial intelligence product. They should receive appropriate legal review before large-scale paid subscriptions, regulated-data integrations or bespoke institutional agreements are activated.
